Personality
Daniel has been described by nearly every company he's ever worked for -- large or small -- as "cold," "manipulative," "sadistic," "uncaring about his fellow competitors' well-being," "ruthless," "merciless," and "short-fused," among other things. This comes as no suprise to anyone who has watched even 1 match with Daniel Hutchinson in action. Daniel loves to manipulate and play mind games with anyone who even so much as annoys him a single time. This love of sick emotional and or mental torture only worsens with Daniel's worst enemies, and even one-time opponents aren't safe from his twisted games. According to Daniel, he does it simply for "the joy of watching them squirm."
Daniel has also been noted to be mentally and emotionally unstable by many a witness, even going so far as to attack people who interview him if they even mention his instability. Daniel himself is very close-mouthed about the subject and is not one to trust others very often in general. His usual demeanor is one of a dark and cold individual, although he has been known to have something resembling a conscience when it comes to those he cares about. In fact, Daniel will do anything and everything that he considers "necessary" to protect his loved ones and his friends alike -- no matter whose expense that protection is at.
Daniel has no problem expressing his opinion to others, whether they'd like to hear it or not. This doesn't seem to get him into trouble very often, and if it does, Daniel always seems to be one step ahead of them. In some sick and dark way, everything constrewed as a failure or a setback for Daniel only seems to be part of the greater plot that Daniel has in mind for his adversary.

==================
.Biography|:.
Early Life
Daniel started out life in the big city of Mount Holly, New Jersey. He lived with his older brother Alexander, his oldest half-brother Michael, and his parents, both of whom were drug addicts. Most of the time, Alexander was somewhere the rest could only guess at, Michael was with friends, and his dad was at various jobs, leaving Daniel to be the guinea pig for his mother's schemes to gain drugs, or the money for them, if the situation called for it.
Towards the end of 2000, his mother and father had their biggest argument, leading to what would become known as the "Hutchinson Turkey Incident." This fallout marked the end of a marriage that lasted more than one and a half decades between Lisa and Paul Hutchinson. For about another year, Daniel and Alexander lived with their Lisa in an apartment up the street from their old house -- Michael had long since moved out -- until late 2001.
On December 22nd, to be exact, Daniel and Alexander went to visit their father in Fairdale, North Dakota where he was staying, and were supposed to go back on January 5th. However, on the 4th, the Hutchinsons in ND were informed that Lisa had lost their place of living, invariably "dumping" them in North Dakota with their father. Because of this, Daniel spent his entire high school and college life in the mid-west. He graduated from the University of North Dakota with a double-major in Theatre Arts and English.
Extreme Championship Federation
The first exposure that Daniel had to being in the professional wrestling business was from a man named Frank Washington. The two became fast friends, and Daniel signed a contract with Frank's company, the Extreme Championship Federation. Daniel quickly rose through the ranks of ECF -- in fact, his first match and victory were both against Frank himself -- and competed in many main event-quality matches.
His first tasted in professional championship gold came in the form of the ECF World Tag Team Championships, with his partner, Frank Washington. The two had been forced to take on ECF Co-Owner Debolt Dragonsbane's Devastation, Inc. cohorts -- Assault and Battery -- in a Tag Team Match for those titles, following Frank Washington preventing Debolt from simply awarding the titles to Assault and Battery.
In subsequent weeks, Daniel showed signs of a possible full face turn, exhibiting trusting signs to not only Frank, but to new-found ally and then-North American Champion, Mikaru Daiety. However, following a match against "The Soul of Philly TJ," Daniel betrayed Frank, Mikaru, and TJ by attacking Frank and having the remainder beaten down by 3 hooded men who had cost TJ a shot at the North American Championship only weeks beforehand.
The resulting Triple Threat Match between Daniel, Mikaru, and Frank Washington at ECF's first Pay-Per-View, Danger Zone (Nov. 11th, 2007), led to Daniel's greatest acheivement in ECF to date, winning it's World Championship and becoming the first ECF World Champion in the history of ECF. However, due to a controversial power move on behalf of Debolt Dragonsbane, Daniel lost the championship in that same night to Debolt, becoming not only the first-ever World Champion, but also the shortest-reigning to date.
However, on a special Saturday edition of ECF Thursday Night Thunder, the ECF Board of Directors not only stripped the World title from Debolt due to his "being on a power trip as of late," but also stated that the World Championship would be decided with a Gold Rush Tournament -- a tournament in which Debolt would not be allowed to participate. Following this shocking revelation, the Gold Rush brackets were immediately revealed -- "The Suicidal Flyer," Frank Washington to take on Stampede Kid, and Daniel, the man Debolt had variably stolen the title from, was to go against Chris Davis.
Both Frank and Stampede ended up winning their respective matches, advancing to the finals that would take place as the night's Main Event. Frank advanced by pinning Stampede Kid after a Game Ender, but Daniel -- perhaps in homage to the late, great Eddie Guerrero -- advanced by disqualification; after the ref was dazed due to a missed clothesline from Chris Davis, Daniel dented a steel chair and handed it to Chris just as the ref revived. Seeing all that he'd needed to see, the referee disqualified Chris Davis and announced Daniel the winner.
Frustrated, Chris recovered the chair and tried to mount an assault on Daniel for outsmarting him, but Daniel would retaliate, ending by punting Chris Davis in the skull and possibly concussing him.
Thus, the stage was set for the Main Event -- Daniel Hutchinson and Frank Washington, rivals and partners ever since ECF's inaugeral broadcast, were to go one-on-one again, this time for the again-vacant ECF World Championship. However, shortly before the match, Frank pulled a power move of his own, changing the match to a Steel Cage Match.
The bout was highly-paced and even-sided, with each man gaining momentum for only a few moments before the other took it away. However, many fans feel that they were robbed of what could've happened at one point in the match, when Steve Jobs -- a victim of many a defeat at the hands of Frank -- came into the cage, disguised as a cameraman, and smashed the camera over Frank's head as he was trying to make his escape.
Following Jobs' interference, it became anyone's match once again. However, eventually, Daniel succeeded in escaping the 20-foot-high cage to become a 2-time ECF World Champion.
World Wrestling Headquarters
Not much longer after Daniel had arrived in ECF had he received an e-mail from its owner, Adrian Hart, offering to come wrestle for his company, World Wrestling Headquarters. Daniel happily obliged, as there was a falling-out between himself and Debolt Dragonsbane not too long ago, and the deal was struck. Daniel Hutchinson, along with his "Jersey Devil" nickname to which he owns full rights and trademark, came over to WWH, and has since been crusading to win the World Heavyweight Championship.
Daniel was signed to WWH's Thursday Night Showdown brand, and started out defeated the likes of Christian Hayes, D-Lock, etc. However, his focus in WWH seemed to center entirely around the World Heavyweight title, and it was mentioned by Daniel during almost every time he was on-camera. His first taste of WWH gold, though, would come in the form of the International Championship, which he won on the November 8th, 2007 edition of Showdown by defeating then-champion Sting in a one-fall match.
Since coming to Showdown, Daniel has had a handful of short-lived feuds with the likes of Christian Hayes, Ash Dubois, and Highlander. However, his first legitimate feud is perhaps one he didn't hope for -- a battle with De-Generation X.
This started on WWH.com when Daniel made some negative comments regarding the return of D-X (in the form of Shawn Michaels and Triple H). The words escalated to actions when Triple H, on the initial edition of Daniel's on-air talk-show segment "The Devil's Lounge," Pedigreed Daniel in the center of the ring, on the Nov. 8th, 2007 edition of Showdown. The very next week, Triple H was back on The Devil's Lounge -- this time accompanied by his Survivor Series Teammates Shawn Michaels and Batista -- once again visiting Daniel, who was with Neutral Shock and Zach Marlow. This time, however, Daniel and his team got the upper hand, and Daniel delivered the Devil's Advocate to Triple H, following up by spitting blood into the face of an unconscious Triple H.
Daniel was set to lead a 3-man team, composed of himself, Zach Marlow, and Neutral Shock, against the team of D-X and Batista at the PPV Survivor Series. However, due to booking- and talent-related complications, the PPV was canceled, bringing Daniel's feud with D-X to a bit of a standstill. Not letting this slow him down, he successfully defended the WWH International Championship against Zach Marlow -- one of his scheduled Survivor Series partners -- on the Nov. 22nd, 2007 edition of Thursday Night Showdown in a Flaming Tables Match.
Daniel was then scheduled for his second consecutive International Championship defense on the Nov. 29th, 2007 edition of Showdown, this time against Stone Cold Steve Austin. Needless to say, this was not going to be an easy title defense, but perhaps the most memorable part of this one-week scuffle between the two was when Stone Cold was the guest on The Devil's Lounge.
Daniel Hutchinson was accompanied by Amanda Cortez, Ryan Payne (due to Daniel's joining The Element shortly before teh show aired), and an entourage of druids, druids which Daniel said were there to "prevent any outside interference" with the show. After Stone Cold claimed he could out-drink Amanda Cortez, Daniel challeged Stone Cold to a beer-drinking contest on her behalf. The contest was held immediately, and Stone Cold appeared to be winning in the closing seconds. However, Daniel ended the contest before the clock ran out by striking Austin with the International Championship, followed by Ryan Payne helping Daniel put Stone Cold through a table. Later in the night, after a heated contest, Daniel successfully defended the International Title against Stone Cold in a Singles Match.
Daniel was scheduled to team up with the #1 Contender for the WWH World Heavyweight Championship, "The Xtreme Legend" Frost, to take on Jeff Hardy and current-reigning World Champion, CM Punk, on the December 6th edition of Showdown in a Tag Team Match. However, because both Jeff Hardy and Frost missed their flights, the match was changed to a singles match between Daniel and Punk, which eventually saw Daniel coming out victorious.
It was that same week, however, in which Daniel revealed his place in a new stable -- The Holocaust -- along with Matthue Derek Daniel Cooper, Greg Blackstone, and Amanda Cortez, much to the ire of Daniel's Element stablemates.
